ABOUT US
We started our first location at the Plaza in 2010 serving frozen yogurt, expanded to Shoal Creek in 2018, and then opened our Overland Park location in 2020. Our goal is to open three new locations in the KC area by the end of next year!
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We have a small management staff among the three stores. We are looking for someone who loves being hands on, has open communication, open to growth, and loves working with a team. We will coach the right person for this role. Training would take place at our Shoal Creek location until the new location is open (ETA end of summer).
JOB DESCRIPTION
-Being a part of our online weekly manager meetings
-Managing a team that ranges from 8 employees to 15 employees
-Writing the weekly schedule
-Hiring and onboarding new employees
-Communicate with management team daily
-Maintain day-to-day operations
-Training and leading the team to uphold company standards
-Writing supply orders
-Filling in shifts when necessary
-Troubleshooting areas of growth
-Helping out customers while maintaining a clean and function store
-Going to the bank or Costco
-Being available after hours to communicate with team when necessary
40 hours a week, scheduled. Typical work week looks like Monday through Friday either 9am or 10am start to 5pm/6pm. You would be responsible with filling in shifts as needed, with the possible weekends and nights.
